This is the dialog box obtained from selecting the tab "Security". Outlined in yellow is a very important setting that should be checked by everyone. Make sure that the radio button "Restricted sites zone..." is selected on your computer. In Outlook Express 6, this is the default setting but older versions of OE may have the unsafe Internet zone selected. After changing a setting be sure to click "Apply" at the lower right corner.
