Configuring Outlook Express 6 for Internet Safety- Page 1
Open Outlook Express, go to the menu bar at the top of the
Outlook Express window, and click on "Tools". At the bottom of
the menu that opens is an entry "Options" . Click on "Options"
and a dialog box will open as shown in the next page.
